What documents do you have to bring to our office?

1) P45/P60 Forms and/or the last pay slip from each of the employers you had in UK or Ireland (originals!!);
2) Copy of passport;
3) Copy of Visa (if applicable to your country)

Additionally, you need to fill in some specific documents at ZIP Travel office or you can find them HERE.

P45 Form is the form issued by the employer when student is leaving employment. It

shows total income and total taxes till the date of leaving. If student quits one job and is

going to be employed to another, he/she has to provide P45 for his new employer.

P60 Form is the form issued by the employer in the end of tax year. End of tax year in

the UK does not match with calendar year. It ends on 5th of April and starts on 6th of April. P60 shows student’s total earnings and total taxes paid during the tax year.

 You can receive your taxes back if you worked in UK or in Ireland in the last 6 years.
