What documents do you have to bring to our office?

1. Last pay slip and/orW2 form from each of the employer (originals!!);

2. Copy of Social Security card;

3. Copy of Passport;

4. Copy of Visa;

5. Copy of DS-2019 form;

6. Copy of I-94 form (if available).

It is very important to bring us the last pay slip and/orW2 form from each of the employers (originals)! Even if you didn’t pay taxes in USA, you have to bring us the last pay slip and/orW2 form from each of the employers!

W2 form (Annex 2) is summary of student’s earnings and taxes paid throughout whole tax year. According to US tax law, each employer has to send W2 form to every employee from 1st till 31st of January. So, most of the students will get their W2 forms by the end of February. W2 form consists of 4 identical parts. Student may leave a copy for himself, but we have to receive originals.

You can receive you taxes back if you worked in USA in the last 4 years.
